Original examples of the Boss OD-1 have gone up quite some in recent years, and due to their limited controls, can be a bit harder to dial in for certain setups. the ODI from Pettyjohn Electronics captures the same spirit of the OD-1 but offers additional controls for added tonal flexibility. Controls featured on the face of the pedal include: volume, drive, lows, and highs. Outfitted with true bypass switching and top-mounted jacks, this overdrive is sure to your next pedalboard mainstay! A quick little paragraph on the neat factory mods done to this unique example:
Classic Opamp Mod, plus Vintage NOS Clipping Diodes Mod - we get slightly improved specs on the original Boss OD-1 Circuit. Where Classic Mod gives you 2 x JRC4558 Opamps, and NOS Clipping Mod gives you 2 x Vintage NOS 1S1588 Silicon Clipping Diodes.
Cosmetic condition is very good with light enclosure wear present. Hardware and electronics are fully functional. Includes the original box.
