1970s Diason Tallboy 1 x 12" Guitar Combo

A cool Aussie valve combo from the '70s!

Unbeknownst to some, Melbourne has quite a history when it comes to the manufacture of amplifiers. Brands like Goldentone, Moody, and many others make up the veritable collage of amplified sound within Australia. This particular example is a Diason, which features a 1 x 12" speaker configuration in a 'tallboy' chassis. This particular example pumps out approximately 20 watts of valve power with inputs for bass, rhythm, and lead. Three controls are present and consist of volume, treble, and bass. A fun combo with some serious heritage behind it!

Cosmetic condition is good for its age with some tolex and chassis wear present. The top handle is missing with this example also having a modified speaker input rated at 8 ohms. Hardware and electronics are fully functional.
