1970s Yamaha FG-151B Dreadnought Spruce

A gorgeous example from the late '70s!

Truly underrated gems when it comes to older Japanese-made acoustics, these FG examples are always a great buy for the money with tonal character to boot! This example would have most likely been manufactured sometime between 1978 and 1980. Composed of a spruce top with mahogany back and sides, this example also features a nato neck with a rosewood fretboard. This example has lovely projection and exceptional midrange, making for a great flatpicker or strummer. 

Cosmetic condition is very good for its age, showing just light signs of wear throughout in the form of scratches and dings. Hardware is functional, and plays with a medium-high action. There is some room at the saddle to come down, but limited to no movement at the truss rod. Includes the original case.
