A lovely little guitar from early '70s Yamaha!
This particular example is the S-50A, which was intended as a folk guitar at an affordable point of entry. Made in Japan, these saw production from around 1969 to 1972. Either strung up with nylon, or light gauge steel strings, these models deliver a beautifully subdued sound as well as a great playing experience courtesy of a more standard nut width, as opposed to a classical guitar nut width.
Cosmetic condition is okay with scratches, dings, and scuffs present all throughout. There is a more noticeable ding/crack on the back of the instrument, however appears to be completely stable. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a medium action. Includes a soft cover.
