A very cool and great playing S-style from the '80s!
The Hurricane range of instruments was manufactured by Morris out of Japan throughout the '80s, and prove to be pretty hard to come by. This particular example is their 'Stella' model, which is an S-style, with a predictably '80s bent. Finish appears as an almost Charcoal metallic black, which looks really great when catching light. Feels to be an alder body with maple neck, and in a cool twist, a matching headstock! Utilises a great feeling two-point tremolo system, and the stock pickups featured have all the spank you'd want from an S-style. This one has had the knobs and switch tip changed to pink, which is honestly very cool. There's also a star sticker on the bass side horn for that extra glitz and dazzle!
Cosmetic condition is pretty good, with minor dings and scratches present throughout. Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low action. Includes a period-correct hardcase.
