2002 Gibson ES-135 Vintage Sunburst

A lesser known, but absolutely gorgeous model from Gibson!

Ever wondered what would happen if you combined a ES-175 with a ES-335? The result would be something like this exceptional ES-135! Dating to 2002, this example is composed of a laminated maple, semi-hollow body in combination with a mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard. Fretboard features a 10" radius, with the neck possessing an effortless medium 'C' shape profile. This example appears to retain '57 Classic humbuckers which pair beautifully with the natural acoustic qualities of this particular example. A uniquely jazzy offering with plenty of mojo!

Cosmetic condition is good, showing signs of wear in the form of minor scratches and swirl marks throughout. There is some more noticeable scratching at the lower bout near the tone controls. There is a scuff/paint chip just below the B and E string at the bridge. There is some additional marks in the cutaway. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. Includes the original case.
