A great playing, contemporary take on the iconic Telecaster!
This example dating to early 2012 comes from Fenders 'Deluxe' line which ran until about 2016 when it was replaced with the 'Ultra' line. Featuring modern specifications whilst capturing the signature Tele sound, the American Deluxe Telecaster is premium feeling and playing offering from Fender USA.
Examples from this period boasted N3 noiseless pickups, S-1 switching, a beautiful feeling 9.5" to 14" compound radius, as well as Fenders pleasant and easy to play 'modern C' neck profile. Delivering all the spank and bite you would come to expect from a Tele, the American Deluxe offers a contemporary playing feel and a wide range of tonal flexibility thanks to its S-1 switching.
Cosmetically, this example has held up beautifully. The only significant blemish observed is a small ding on the top of the bass side bout. All hardware appears to be original and lines up to the specifications for this period.
Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low-medium action. Includes the original hardshell case.
