Originally released in 2013, these were super cool reissues of early-spec Sorrentos from Epiphone. Hollow body in construction, and designed as a close equivalent to Gibsons' ES-125 at the time, the Sorrento was othered in either a 1 pickup or 2 pickup configuration with mini-humbuckers! We're fans of all things hollow-body here at Replay, and this is a great, vibey example.
This particular example, finished in natural, was released as part of Epiphones 50th birthday celebration. Of note, these models featured Gibson USA made minibuckers which absolutely sing. Expect to get some woodiness and clarity out of this guitar. This example is in excellent cosmetic condition with little in the way of any scratches, swirl marks, or dings. There's a little slippage on the neck tone pot, however it appears this could be rectified with a new knob if it caused major concern.
Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low-medium action. Includes the original hardshell case and case candy.
