The original Electric XII debuted in 1965 before being discontinued in 1970, which made for quite a small period of manufacture. Known for their jangle and unique look of the split-coil single pickup, original examples now command a more substantial price. This particular examples dates to 2019 and was manufactured in Mexico. Finished in a striking lake placid blue, the Alternate Reality Electric XII features an offset alder body in combination with a maple neck and pau ferro fretboard. The newly reimagined split-coil pickups now work in tandem with a three-way switch as well as a more familiar 9.5" fretboard radius. Get your jangle on with this killer example!
Cosmetic condition is great with little play wear present. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. Includes a gig bag.
