Inspired by Cantrell's 'Wino', a Les Paul Custom finished in wine red!
Most famously associated with the G&L Rampage model, Jerry Cantrells other go-to guitar was famously a wine red Les Paul Custom, going by the name of 'Wino'. This example from Epiphone aims to capture the magic of the original, but at a price point more approachable for the majority of players. Composed of a mahogany body and plain maple top, 'Wino features a mahogany neck with a custom 'Cantrell' contour and 24 jumbo frets. Under the covers is a alnico classic pro in the neck position, with an exposed coil 98T pro humbucker. Rounded out with Grover kidney tuners, this example from Epiphone is a serious player with great looks to boot! This example weighs in at 3.9kg.
Cosmetic condition is excellent with little wear present throughout. The pickguard still has the original plastic covering. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes the original hardcase.
