Old school 80s electronic drum, featuring two oscillators and the ability to filter and tune, creating a wide array of drum tones. Manufactured by Star Instruments between 1977 and 1982, found frequent use throughout the new-wave era. Most fittingly of all, it looks a bit like a UFO. Famously heard on Gary Numan's 'Cars', Joy Divisions 'She's Lost Control', and a tonne of other iconic 80s hits.
