MXR Talk Box – Classic Vocal-Style Effect

The Talk Box is the pedal behind that unmistakable "talking guitar" sound, made famous by Peter Frampton and Stevie Wonder long before MXR brought it into a stompbox format. Rather than a digital approximation, it works the old-school way, driving sound through a tube into your mouth to shape the formants, so the vocal-style effect you get is entirely real, not modelled.
