The El Capistan aims to replicate the lush tones of tape delay, ranging all the way from subtle slapback effects to deep and warbly delays. Three types of tape heads are featured, as are 3 different modes, allowing for a wide variety of tape emulation! The secret sauce of this box comes courtesy of the tape age control, which incredibly mimics the warbling effect that happens to old or damaged tape.
