2005 Gibson ES-335 Cherry

It doesn't get much better than a ES-335!

No doubt one of the most iconic electric instruments since its inception in the late 1950s, the ES-335 has gone on to see widespread use across a vast array of genres. Effortlessly versatile with a sound all its own, you'd be hard pressed to find a guitar more capable. This particular example dates to 2005, and was manufactured in the Memphis, Tennesse plant. Composed of a laminated maple body construction with centre block, this example shows some nice flame on the front and back. A nice, slim 'C' shape neck is present with a nice and dark rosewood fretboard. An inspection appears to reveal stock '57 Classic humbuckers with the 'patent applied for' stickers applied to the back. The result is a beautifully resonant and responsive example that stands to rival what Gibson currently produce!

Cosmetic condition is very good with light signs of wear in the form of swirl marks and minor, hairline scratching. There is one nick located by the neck pickup tone control. Hardware shows tarnishing consistent with an example of this age. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes the original hardcase.
